July 10, 06: Updates.. and re-decorating.
Yeah, yeah, I know I'm a pretty awful updating-person, but there's not really that much to blog about. But here's some highlights:
Today I started re-decorating our hallway. Pictures will be posted when I can find the cord to my camera.. It's a rather small space so i thought that "Oh, this will be a quick thing to do!". After I started it came to mind that the small space has four doors and a window in it, and one of the doors have 6 small windows in it as well. So, loads of masking and swearing later, I was done prepping the room, ready for painting! hehe. We have loads of leftover paint from when we painted the livingroom in November'05, so I'll use that. It'll be white walls and beige details I think. And purple curtains and stuff.
In case you were wondering, I'm not pregnant. I got my period after taking two tests, that were both negative. Blah. So, now we're back to trying. And hoping.
And we finally bought a new bed! Yay! The current one is too small, it's only 120cm wide! And for two, relatively large people hehe, that's not gonna work! So we got a 180cm wide one. It was 8000 NOK, on sale from 12000NOK, so it was good buy. We'll get it in about a week I think. Pictures to come as well!
My sister will start a school this August, that's only 30 minutes away from here! So hopefully we can spend more time together. She's also going to work with me! Woohoo!
