August 26, 06: Still alive!
So, an update is in order, I believe.
August 4: Dislocated my shoulder. Still don't know excactly how that happened, but it hurt like a bitch, and stil kinda does. (Sometimes) Also discovered a small fracture in my back, which also hurts. Funnily enough, hurts more than the shoulder. Esp. when I try to lay down and sleep. Crap.
August 6: Woke up in the middle of the night, the injury in my back (?) was so painful, I couldn't breathe properly. Nice. Called the ambulance and was taken to the hospital. Surprise of the day? One of the guys in the ambulance; My childhood crush. Soo embarrassing.. god. lol. Turned out fine though. Had some more x-rays taken, got some oxcygen (sp?) and went home after a while.
August 11: Went to visit the in-laws. They live a good 6-hour-drive away from where we live, so.. fun-fun. Was there for a week. And, of course, I had my period the whole damn week. (So, you then know, no baby yet either. *sniff*) Went to the zoo in Kristiansand, celebrated mum-in-law's 50th birthday, his grandparents' birthdays, went shopping... that's about it I think. Might have some pics later on. Maybe.
August 22: Had a hair-cut. Haven't had so short hair since.. I was 5. Or something. Picture? Maybe later.
Today: Having a birthday-party for my grandmother here tomorrow, she'll be 74. My mum is bringing food and cake, thank god! We'll have to clean the house though... or Håkon has to.. remember; my shoulder hurts oh so much! lol. Oh, and I love how the goverment has these rights for people like me, who injuried themselves and can't go to work for a while: I haven't work a day all August, and I'm still getting paid! Woohoo! Me like :)
Håkon is going to the US on Monday. Job related stuff. I don't want him to go, I'm terrified of something happening to him. I know it's more likely that he'll killed in a car accident going to work every day here, but I can't help but think about it... blah. He'll be gone for a week, I'll be bored to death. Oh well, maybe I'll blog some more then.. hehe
